Elmina Guest Chef Dinner Series

Join Chef Eric Adjepong for a series of monthly dinners where he will host some of his chef friends from around the country for an evening of intimate dining. Dinners will include a 4-course tasting menu for $140 per person.

Fellow Top Chef alum Mei Lin will join Eric in January for a night of creative fusion and bold flavors. The Season 12 champion is the owner of cult-favorite LA restaurant, Daybird, a casual Szechuan fried chicken eatery.

Chef Tristen, fresh off his Top Chef Season 22 victory in June, joins Chef Eric to create a unique menu blending Tristen’s Caribbean roots with Elmina’s Ghanaian flavors. Following his recent win, Tristen has embarked on a national tour, bringing a taste of his upcoming Houston restaurant, Buboy, to some of the country’s most exciting dining rooms.

Food Network personality Alex Guarnaschelli is stopping by DC this November to join her Alex vs America host, Chef Eric, at Elmina. Chef Guarnaschelli, executive chef of New York’s acclaimed restaurant Butter, will bring her culinary expertise and on-screen chemistry with Eric to DC diners for one special night.
